With more than 23 years in housing counseling and 8 years as a real Estate Agent, I bring a rare combination of experience, compassion and practical guidance to every client.  My early career in homebuyer education including budgeting, support, lender connections, home search guidance and repair planning - a foundation that naturally led me into real estate.
As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and At Home with Diversity (AWHD) certified agent, I'm dedicated to serving clients of all backgrounds with a special passion for guiding the 50+ community with patience, clarity and respect.
